The sotoles are cooked in a ground oven. once cooked, the sotoles are crushed with an electric grinder and naturally ferment in wooden tanks.
Distillation is made on 250L copper alembics.
Herodes Sotol awakens the senses with its fresh and smooth flavor and concludes with a touch of licorice. Herodes Sotol can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in your favorite
